Terms of Service

DreamFund ("DreamFund", "we", "us") operates a digital savings and goal-tracking platform that helps people in Zambia save towards life goals ("dreams") such as vehicles, homes, solar systems, education, and more. DreamFund is a technology platform. DreamFund is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, or licensed lender. We facilitate savings and payments through regulated third-party providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in Zambia (or otherwise permitted) to use DreamFund. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You may register with your phone number and password, or sign in with Google or Apple where available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or used in violation of these terms.

Funds you deposit are held in a designated account operated by our licensed payment partner (Lenco) and are credited to your DreamFund wallet. Your wallet balance reflects liquid savings you can use for withdrawals, contributions, and, if you choose, funding a DreamInvest term. DreamFund does not lend out or use wallet savings without your explicit instruction.

DreamInvest allows you to move funds from your wallet into fixed-term products linked to a specific dream. These products are allocated to licensed partner institutions. Returns are projected, not guaranteed. Funds are locked for the selected term except as disclosed in the product terms. Early withdrawal may be restricted or subject to penalties. DreamFund acts as an introducer and technology platform; custody and yield are provided by the named partner. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before investing. By confirming an investment you accept the applicable product disclosure and lock-in period.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via mobile money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel), bank transfer, or card through our payment partner. Provider charges may apply. Any DreamFund service fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. Withdrawals may take up to one business day to settle.

DreamFund supports digital Chilimba-style savings circles. Members contribute on agreed schedules and receive pooled payouts in rotation. You are responsible for honouring commitments to your circle. DreamFund provides the technology; disputes between members are primarily a matter between participants, though we may suspend accounts that abuse the feature.

You may share a public link inviting others to contribute towards your dream. Contributions are voluntary, non-refundable gifts credited to your wallet. You are responsible for the content of any public dream page you create. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.

Your Dream Score is a behavioural savings score calculated from your activity on the platform. It is provided for informational and engagement purposes. Sharing your Dream Score with lender partners is strictly opt-in and controlled by you in Settings. A Dream Score is not a guarantee of financing.

You agree not to use DreamFund for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity.

Vehicles and other assets listed by dealers and partners are offered by those third parties, not by DreamFund. DreamFund does not warrant the quality, availability, or pricing of any listed asset. Any purchase agreement is between you and the relevant dealer or partner.

DreamFund is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party providers, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use of DreamFund after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
