Refunds & reversals

1. Platform fees
DreamFund adds a 2.5% platform fee on top of wallet deposits and withdrawals. Platform fees already charged on completed deposits or withdrawals are generally non-refundable, except where a payment failed after you were charged or we made an operational error.
2. Failed or delayed payments
If a deposit never settles with our payment partner, we do not credit your wallet. If we debit your wallet for a withdrawal that the partner fails to pay out, we reverse the debit to your wallet balance. Mobile-money operators may also apply their own fees — those are outside DreamFund's control.
3. Circles and contributions
Contributions to Chilimba / savings circles and FinishLine gifts are generally non-refundable once credited to a pot or goal, unless required by law or ordered after a successful dispute investigation.
4. DreamInvest
Locked-term investments follow the product disclosure shown at allocation. Early exit, if allowed at all, may forfeit projected returns or apply partner penalties. Completing an investment is not a cooling-off purchase of goods.
5. How to request a review
Open Money Support in the app and file a dispute for the deposit, withdrawal, or fee in question. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve straightforward cases within 10 business days. Complex partner investigations may take longer.
