1. Purpose

DreamFund is a technology platform that routes savings and payments through licensed partners. We do not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion. This policy summarises controls we apply while onboarding and moving Kwacha.

2. Customer due diligence

Savers must provide accurate identity details (including NRC where required). Higher limits and investing require verified KYC. We may request additional information, documents, or freeze an account while we review activity.

3. Transaction monitoring

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to tiered velocity limits. We review pending money, ledger drift, and disputes in our compliance tools. Unusual patterns may lead to delayed payouts, rejected transactions, or account freeze.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use DreamFund for illegal activity, structuring to evade limits, third-party mule accounts, or transferring proceeds of crime. We may report suspicious activity to competent authorities where required by law.

5. Partners

Collections and disbursements are processed by our licensed payment partner Lipila (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel). DreamInvest allocations are introduced to Hobbiton Investment Management Limited (SEC-authorised fund manager; Patumba Unit Trust brand). Their screening and settlement rules also apply to funds in transit.
